Digital transformation in the field of official real estate registration, particularly with the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, has highlighted the need to reconsider the criteria for establishing the validity and authenticity of data. One of the jurisprudential and legal mechanisms available for ensuring the accuracy of such data is the Bayyinah principle, which holds an established position both in Islamic legal texts and in statutory law. This study seeks to develop an integrated model that brings together jurisprudential foundations, the legal framework, and technological requirements. The central problem concerns the acceptance and validation of data generated by intelligent systems in the process of official real estate registration, an issue that is not explicitly addressed in existing legislation and may undermine the reliability of official documents. The main research question is how the conditions and constituent elements of the Bayyinah principle can be applied to digital data generated by artificial intelligence in a manner that satisfies both jurisprudential requirements and legal standards. The objective of the study is to design a three-layer framework—jurisprudential, legal, and technological—for validating intelligent data within Iran’s real estate registration system. The research employs a descriptive-analytical method, drawing on library research and a comparative analysis of jurisprudential sources, domestic legislation, and international standards. The findings indicate that, through conceptual development and subject
to three conditions—source reliability, process transparency, and verifiability—the Bayyinah principle can serve as a basis for accepting AI-generated data in official real estate registration. Furthermore, the use of technologies such as blockchain, advanced digital signatures, and explainable algorithms can enhance public confidence and trust in intelligent official documents.
