Throughout history, Islamic jurists for legal issues together and ordering the systematic jurisprudence, have taken different ways, more or less. These methods, which define how to classify the legal issues, structures called jurisprudence. This article attempts to examine the proposed structure of an jurisprudence, the new structure to suit the demands of the times and new legal issues may present. To this end, define the structure of jurisprudence and the importance of it, the existing structures Shi'ite jurisprudence presented brief report then stated deficiencies in these structures. Discussions then, the scope and purpose of jurisprudence as the theoretical foundations scrutinize the proposed structure and then the structure has been proposed. The proposed structure of jurisprudence at first individual law and jurisprudence government is split into two branches macro. The individual law into six categories, including provisions regarding the duty to self, God, fellow human beings, the environment, governance, and finance issues divided. Administrative jurisprudence into four categories, including the provisions of the Islamic government relationship with God, nation, international organizations and other governments, and issues related to state institutions, are divided.
